"The hotel itself is great! We rented multiple rooms - all were clean, comfortable & made for a very relaxing stay. I would certainly recommend based on the accommodations alone. However, what truly makes this hotel 5 stars & the reason you should stay here are the people who work here!! The staff truly went above and beyond, providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Multiple people who we interacted with (from the night desk worker to the general manager) were extremely professional, kind & helpful. This level of hospitality significantly enhanced my experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and supportive stay!"

"I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Lakeshore Drive and utilized their meeting facilities, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Hotel Stay: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Housekeeping maintained high standards, and the front desk staff were professional and welcoming, making check-in and check-out seamless. Meeting Space: The meeting rooms were impressive—bright, well-equipped, and adaptable for different setups. The staff provided excellent support throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly; ask for Kedrick, Chief Engineer. Overall Impression: Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Lakeshore Drive combines comfort with functionality, making it an ideal choice for corporate events, business and personal travel, and/or training sessions. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a professional environment with outstanding hospitality."

"The room is good, however the refrigerator is unusable and we were depending on having a functional refrigerator and the shower door wouldn't stay closed. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but there must be some staffing issues. The room only had decaf coffee, so we went down the first morning to get regular coffee but they were completely out. The kitchen was closed as well. We're pretty disappointed with the stay, tbh."
