“LAVONDA GHOLSTON was extremely rude and disrespectful during ou time there . She kicked us out for no clear reason, refused to provide towels to my siblings after they got out of the pool, and they had to walk all the way back to the 5th floor soaking wet. She also refused to give us a refund and told us we would have to wait until the next day. The overall customer service experience was terrible, and her attitude made the situation even worse. View on Google"Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were always happy to help. The general manager is doing a great job keeping this place clean and inviting. Breakfast and dinner were hot and fresh. We did have a small plumbing issue, and it was fixed with a smile and sincere apology. Drury Inn has risen to the top of my hotel chains to visit when traveling."
